Purpose:

- they create a Team Contract defining how people will behave, and

- they keep the meeting focused.

 

Example:

  • All Participate - no such thing as a bad idea

  • Challenge ideas

  • Start on Time

  • End on Time

  • One conversation at a time

  • Confidentiality

  • Appoint roles at start - timekeeper, facilitator, scribe, etc.

  • Rotate roles

  • Use facilitator

  • Have Fun

  • Minimise/Don’t use Jargon

  • Be Open and Honest

  • Active Listening

  • Agree and stick to Team Line

  • Avoid rambling, stay focused
