RACI : tools for identifying status of Stakeholders.

How to use tool:
RACI stands for:

• Responsible: who has ultimate responsibility for the action.

• Accountable: who is charged with delivery

• Consulted: who should be consulted before a decision is taken

• Informed: who should be informed of the outcome of the decision

This is a good tool for examining stakeholders to see where they stand.  This tool can be used when doing a stakeholder analysis
